Non-Refundable Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to secure your charter booking.

The deposit is non-refundable, except under the following conditions:

• The boat becomes unfit for charter.
• The owner provides written confirmation agreeing to issue a refund.
• Unsafe weather conditions are forecasted, either the night before or the morning of the scheduled charter, making it unsafe to navigate.

Rescheduling

harters may be rescheduled without penalty if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Rescheduling within 72 hours of the departure time may incur additional fees and/or forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellation

Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
